If you’ve had a change of mind, or need to return an item, you can benefit from our 30 day returns guarantee from the date of delivery.

All refunds will be processed by the original payment method used. If you paid by debit/credit card, it can take up to 7 working days to process and appear back in your account. If you used PayPal, refunds take up to 30 days.

Exchanges are dependant on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method used.

4. Faulty items
If you are not happy with your order, we would recommend checking our support page to see if we can resolve your issue saving you the trouble of returning your item.
