Once your order is ready to dispatch, you should receive an update including your tracking details. Please note at times our emails land in spam, check there first!

1. UK Shipping

I am eligible for FREE shipping?

Lila and Tiny currently offer’s FREE Standard shipping on orders £35 and above across Mainland UK.

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

  • The delivery address must be located in Mainland UK
  • The offer is ongoing and is subject to change or withdrawn at any time
  • Order value must be £35 and above, after discounts and excludes shipping costs

We try to keep our costs simple and transparent therefore we only work with the best in the industry.

How much is delivery?

Shipping is calculated at checkout just before placing an order:

Standard (2-4 working days) £3.99 

  • Delivery is Monday to Saturday FREE spend over £35

Express 

  • Delivery is Monday to Saturday £7.99
  • N/A on deliveries to postcodes: AB31-56, BF (all), HS (all), IM (all), IV (all), KA27-28, KW (all), PA20-80, PH15-50, TR21-25, ZE (all).

2. International Shipping

How much is international shipping?

Prices vary however we like to keep it simple we charge a standard price across the board.

 

General shipping charges for orders less than 2kg:

  • Europe (3-10 working days)  £14 
  • Rest of The World (5-15 working days )  £18

My order is very large, potentially more than 2kg what do I do?

Orders that weigh above 2kgs, we will contact you to make sure you are happy with the cost and recover charges before we dispatch. You can contact us at hello@lilaandtiny.com before placing your order to get an accurate shipping quote.

Will my order be tracked?

All orders are sent using a signed/tracked service, we will track and keep you up to date with your order if it is either lost or delayed.

I have an order contains pre-ordered items?

If you have pre-ordered a product, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-ordered item has arrived. If you would like your items to be sent separately, please let us know. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please note in some cases deliveries may take up to a month to arrive, depending on the amount of time it takes for an item to clear customs.

Will I incur taxes or customs?

Delivery charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred, such charges are payable by the customer. Please check with your relevant local customs office for further information.
