Social Media & Email Marketing Manager
About us:
We are a children’s based eCommerce brand, and now looking for a Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to grow and manage the social media and email marketing.
What we use:
Currently, we have 25k followers on Instagram, 769 followers on Facebook but would like to grow on Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter too.
- We use Later.com as our social media tool
- We use Mailchimp for our email marketing campaign
Email marketing responsibilities:
- Creating content/campaigns for our email marketing
- Grow our email list
Social Media Marketing responsibilities:
- Creating a content calendar that best suits our audience (images provided)
- Posting content and writing content captions (Scheduled one month in advance across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter)
- Hashtag research
- Daily engagement
- Responding to comments, DMs (not order-related DMs), trending topics
- Engaging, liking, and following accounts through relevant hashtags, liking, and commenting on posts. DMing accounts
- Liaising with our Brand reps and ensure they have prepared content and provide content when needed
- Influencer outreach
- Community building
- Analyse social media insights, set measurable goals for each channel and campaign
- Monthly stats report
